Swiper is the "evil" character in Dora the Explorer cartoons. You must be fortunate to not have to sit through hours of this show.. the Wiggles are at least somewhat entertaining, I can laugh at them.
Jenna was in terror of Swiper for several years!! I had to ban anything to do with Dora!! (this is Jody not James-he thinks he is going to be IMing @@)
